Information related to the processing of personal data

Information related to the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 12 section 1 in connection with art. 13 section 1 and 2 and art. 14 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the protection data) [hereinafter also referred to as: "GDPR"], we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, company address: ul. Algierska 17L/5, 03-977 Warszawa, Poland, entered into the Register of entrepreneurs under KRS (Polish National Court Register number): 0000961790 maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw XIV Commercial Division of the National Court register, contact e-mail: [email protected] hereinafter referred to as "Administrator". The Administrator carries out the processing of your personal data.
  2. The basis for the processing of your personal data is a contract concluded with the Administrator. This can be both a contract of sale and the provision of services by electronic means. This is based on art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with the Administrator, to which you are a party. The purpose of processing your personal data is to fulfil the contract concluded with you.
    1. The provision of your personal data by you is a condition for entering into a contract with you and its performance. You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but without their provision, the Administrator will not be able to conclude a contract with you.
  3. In addition, your data will be processed for the purposes of preparing and presenting people, ads and offers tailored to interests and receiving commercial information, in particular sending the ordered newsletter, and displaying ads for recommended products by the Administrator to the e-mail address indicated by the customer of. This is based on art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR; the purpose of processing your data is to enable us to present you with products offered by the Administrator in which you might be interested in. 
  4. The recipients of your personal data may be our suppliers such as: couriers, entities providing accounting services to the Administrator, entities providing legal services to the Administrator, entities providing IT services to the Administrator. The recipients of the data may also be the payment operators through which you make payments for the product purchased from the Administrator. Personal data is disclosed to these recipients for purposes related to the performance of the contract to which you are a party. In the event that the recipient of personal data is a so-called processor, the Administrator enters into an agreement with the processor to entrust the processing of personal data required by art. 28 GDPR.
  5. Your data will be stored for the period of limitation of any civil or tax claims.
  6. We do not make decisions by means of automation.
  7. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to transfer personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing and to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the head of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your data will be processed based on your consent. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time, but this does not affect the validity of the processing activities undertaken by us before the withdrawal of said consent.
  9. We do not perform profiling using automatic personal data processing systems.
  10. We perform profiling using automatic personal data processing systems to personalize or target our communications, offers or advertising. However, we do not make automated decisions (e.g., forced by an algorithm) that may affect your legal situation.
