What is the legal basis and purpose of processing my personal data?

The basis for the processing of your personal data is a contract of sale or provision of services by electronic means concluded with PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, company address: ul. Algierska 17L/5, 03-977 Warszawa, Poland in accordance with art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR. The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with the seller, to which you are a party, and is needed for its execution.

You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to transfer personal data.
You have the right to object to the processing and to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the head of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
