Algierska 17L/5, 03-977 Warszawa, Poland, entered into the Register of entrepreneurs under KRS (Polish National Court Register number): 0000961790 maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw XIV Economic Division of the National Court register.

What is the legal basis and purpose of processing my personal data?

The basis for the processing of your personal data is a contract of sale or provision of services by electronic means concluded with PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, company address: ul. Algierska 17L/5, 03-977 Warszawa, Poland in accordance with art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR. The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with the seller, to which you are a party, and is needed for its execution.

To which other entities do we transfer your personal data?

If you provide your personal data, the following parties also received them:

• Couriers
• Entities providing services to PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. legal services
• Entities providing services to PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. accounting services
• Entities providing services to PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. IT services
• Payment operators through which you make payments for the products purchased from PREALS DATA sp. z o. o.

Personal data is disclosed to the above recipients only to fulfill the contract to which you are a party. In a situation where the recipient of personal data is the so-called processor, PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. concludes with him an agreement entrusting the processing of personal data required by Art. 28 GDPR.

What else do I need to know about the processing of my personal data?

1. You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but without providing it to PREALS DATA sp. z o. o. will not be able to conclude a contract with you. The provision of your personal data by you is a condition for entering into a contract with you and its performance.
2. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to transfer personal data. 
3. You have the right to object to the processing and to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the head of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

What are my rights?

1. You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but without providing them to PREALS DATA LTD z o. o. will not be able to conclude a contract with you. The provision of your personal data by you is a condition for entering into a contract with you and its performance.
